چکیده

Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is associated with restrictions on work participation (WP) caused mainly by periods of sick leave (absenteeism), reduced productivity at due to disease (presenteeism) and occupational disability, which account for a significant proportion indirect costs. Objectives: We investigate the predictors WP after 12 months Treat-to-Target (T2T) intervention. Methods: Data were analyzed from multi-center ERFASS study, included patients rheumatoid factor and/or APCA positive RA initiation or escalation modifying anti rheumatic drug (DMARD) therapy following T2T regimen prospectively over 01/2018 12/2019. A total 157 working age (18 65 years) in this evaluation. Socio-demographic characteristics (WPAI, self-conducted questionnaire), clinical parameters including activity (DAS28, RADAI), impact (RAID), functional capacity (FFbH), depression (PHQ-9) fatigue (VAS) logistic regression analysis detect baseline unimpaired was performed. Results: The mean 52.9 years (standard deviation (SD): 8.19) 117 (74.5%) female. 51 (32.5%) started first line DMARDs 106 (67.5%) treatment escalated. resulted decrease DAS28 4.2 (SD 1.10) 2.5 1.11; p<0.001) months, 64.3% remission (DAS28<2.6) 12.1% had low (DAS28 2.6-3.2). no impairment increased significantly presenteeism absenteeism became less prevalent, but month remained high (74.1%; graph 1). observed moderate correlation between (r Mo12 =0.446; p<0.001). Impaired influence capacity. Our data underscore multifactorial causes impaired WP, should be targeted vocational rehabilitation.
